It all started in 2015 when I was given the opportunity to lead a first of its kind teen mom mentorship program.

For nine years, I had the privilege of overseeing this program, which achieved NQMS accreditation in its very first year. This significant milestone underscored my commitment to quality and excellence. Under my leadership, I successfully recruited over 400 mentors, out of which 200 underwent comprehensive training to ensure they were well-equipped to support and guide our young mothers.

My active participation in the National Mentor Summit further highlighted the program's impact, where I led two Capitol Hill Days advocating for youth mentor programs and presented a workshop in 2022, sharing best practices. Through dedication and strategic leadership, the program has grown into a beacon of support and empowerment for teen mothers in Palm Beach County, Florida.

In 2024, leveraging my experience in program development, mentor training, and strategic community engagement, I launched my own mentor program consulting agency, MentorSphere. I specialize in providing tailored services to help organizations establish and refine their mentorship programs, drawing on proven best practices and innovative strategies that I have refined over almost a decade in the field. Now, I’m passionate about empowering other programs to achieve their full potential and make a meaningful impact in their communities.

I’m a passionate women’s mental health advocate and also an advocate for autism awareness. I live in Wellington, FL with my husband Bill, daughter Allyson, and our two cats Kona and KeiKei.
